Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • This home has a very steep paved driveway. 4WD or chains are required in winter. If it snows, the home will be inaccessible without them.
  • Cell service is patchy but Wi-Fi is very strong. There is a landline with long distance.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 30 or more days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15 and 29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels and bed linens will be provided for you.
  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • High-speed internet and Wi-Fi are available.
  • Property has a clothes washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, ice-maker, and free parking.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
  • All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
